A bit about me I grew up around fish and other than a minor hiatus in my early 20s I have kept fish for most of that time. In fact my first fish was a betta in a small Hagen hexagon tank that I had to write a report on prior to my parents letting me buy the little guy. Fast forward a few years to the late 90s and I saw my first arowana, a gorgeous super red arowana at riverside aquarium in Calgary. I can honestly say that single fish sparked my actual addiction into the hobby. My goal in the hobby is to be eventually setup enough to import and raise show quality arows. Other than my absolute love for arows I'm also extremely fascinated by rays, oscars, aquaponics, filter porn, salt water tanks and snakeheads. The last one obviously now being just a fantasy to own since being outlawed. I hope by being part of this community I'll be able to pass on some of my knowledge as well as learn some new tips and tricks myself. Again thanks for having me guys!
