However all the places I can find online that sells them start at $250 usd, with the exchanged rate that is pretty pricey. I was hoping someone in the Edmonton area knew of a better source for a regulator. As a secondary question, would buying a Dual Stage CO2 regulator intended for welding or homebrewing work if I could find an adapter for aquarium airline tubing? Drydock Posted May 22, 2019 Report Share Posted May 22, 2019 Myrdin, I used a regulator that a welder would use. There was one fitting I needed to convert the threads but it was pretty painless.
