Tanker Posted December 20, 2005 Report Share Posted December 20, 2005 Is your computer running a pop-up blocker? Not only those evil tool-bars out there but also WindowsXP has one, now. If the top of the page says "1 New Messages" then the popup should be generated... if you have new messages while the main page says "0 New Messages" then hit F5 to refresh the main page, and if it STILL says 0 but you know there is a new, unread message, then yup... it's broken and I'll figure out a way to fix it.
