Lighting is an issue but it is supposed to take photos at 1 cm (sheesh). Here are a couple of shots - but it sure makes me wish I had Sean's lenses, camera, and ability! Well, you can certainly acquire the first two easily enough. I’m far from using fancy or expensive equipment here. It’s pretty much all “lower tier" (for a dSLR). That buffalo-head picture is great, it looks quite sharp. Can you send me the full picture before the crop? I'm curious. I wish I had a lense that would allow me to focus within 10" let alone 1 cm!
