I just recently bought a pink convict (F) apprx. 1 inch. Once I put her in the tank, she immediately asserted her dominance putting the bronze puffer in his place. Right away she found my parrot cichlid w/c is apprx. 2 her size (fatter) and now whe would not leave his side...her colour is much brighter and her belly more vibrant...the parrot would bump her but she would not budge... I am starting to like these cons...very nice fish... JS

SO when to we start the raffle???? -
I am not sure...I thought that it may just separate from the water since it is oil... I found some gum arabic online but will have to wait...money is pretty tight right now.
-
well, melaleuca is the same as tea tree oil.... pimafix is west indie bay oil...I have been trying to find an emmulsifier to make it more soluble and i found gum arabic powder to do the job... HAVE NOT TRIED IT YET THOUGH...arabic powder is used in soap making so water and oil do not separate!!! JS P.S. I use the pond version of melafix (5%) and use 5ml per 50 gallon...I also use pond version of water conditioner...same thing...I put less cuz it is stronger.

Anybody know if they are available in the market? How much do they cost? Are they compatible with C. Bleheri? Thanks folks! JS

Chum's has couple of ornates for 25.00...I was so tempted but opted for two rainbow SH...with my luck they are both males...but its okay...I will just try again! JS

That's too bad that they are banned over there. Just picked up two of the bleheri's from chums and they are stunning. Andrea/Nazim: colours are now more vibrant...they ate one minnow after i opened the bag yesterday! I opened it and droped a minnow and they ate it. I am now feeding them fish fillets and shrimps. They are with my baby senegalus (3.5 inches ) and they seem to get along fine. Thanks for the fish!
