Last night i watched my fahaka bite a ghost shrimp in half, for a 3" lil guy i was shocked he had the jaw power, then the shrimp, well all but the tail end tryed to walk away :rofl:

Dwarf puffers are totally fresh water, they never need salt, alot of puffers are totally fresh water even tho you find then in brackish, they often live bad, short lives

Thats a really tiny tank, water conditions are going to be hard to keep right, but Mosquito Fish, Dawrf Puffers (theyre FW!), Ottos, Guppys (the ferral type would work well and can have surprisingly beautiful colors), Bettas. Well thats all that comes to mind

It depends on the make of the tank, if its a 40g BREEDER its 36x18x15 tall, if its a 50 SHORT its 36X18X19 if its a 55 NORMAL its 48X12X19 or if its a 45 its 36X12X24 so as you can see a 40g breeder would be perfect, same with a 50g short :thumbs:

dear god its massive, i use to do that with surgical gloves but with water, they were huge, wed drop off the second floor of the house outside into the snow, there was like 10 foot holes after they blew

Are you sure its not little nips? the female could be nipping him to protect the eggs, or it could be small injuries from pit digging, oh and theres always sand/fecies etc that could have just landed there, but it is ich id you try the salt and temp method before you try the meds, meds can really mess up your water properties

Thats pretty close when you think about it, as long as theyre both sexually mature and a compatiable pair itll work
