I have had mixed experiences with AB but still order on it. So far, all of my suppliers have made things right when something goes wrong(as it can). The selection is so good though and some of the pricing is good too. Too bad it's in US dollars.

So I put the pair of purple SD together again for the THIRD time!!! He finally got the hint and I've got eggs. Only got a couple of fry from the black copper dragon HM pair so I'll have to try them again. Again why do I breed bettas?

PM fleshgear as he might have extra xmas moss soon a little bird has told me. I have flame, star and weeping moss that still has to get going. I have a mad addiction to tying things to driftwood. I will have extra pellia and fissidens fontanus if my parcels arrive. Let me know!!

Is there anything there you were looking for? I (as per usual) went a little crazy and now have plants coming in from all over the place. I should be getting my next order next week and will have duplicates. Let me know!!

Thanks again! I think you and I are the only ones on this website sometimes. IF I did get lots of survivors, whats the best way to cull a few...meaning is there a market for them? Will pet stores take them in trade for a store credit? Charles You can sell some here or on usedcalgary or kijiji. Calgary Aquarium Society has mini auctions every meeting, a big auction at the end of march and free classified for members on their website. I get results from all of these!! It's also fun to meet more hobbyists too.

Okay, one order got lost but the next one just arrived. Everything looks good and the mosses look better than last time. Will let you know when I have flame or weeping moss to spare. This is getting addictive!!

Talk to me sometime about ordering off aquabid. It's really a gamble!! If you have good conditions, you can sometimes revive some of those pet store plants though.Werner also get some plants from stores that you wouldn't buy fish from. That's an excellent piece of advice. Also have been told that if you're nice to the pet store, they can order in plants that you want. Beats wondering if your plants are going to arrive!! Not that ever has happened to me, yeah right.

I thought you already had Gil Grissom(now that he has some time) on the case. He'd have quite the time analysing where these plants are from. The xmas moss is just starting but I'll give you some when it's ready. How about some duckweed instead?

My xmas moss from them took quite some time to come back but now is okay. Have so many orders gone astray lately I never now what's coming in. My philippine java fern from malaysia is doing great and I like it more than regular. Of mixed emotion about attempting to bring in plants and fish from other countries. I think I'll keep smuggling plants in my luggage!! Now wait for the comment from Werner!!!

Frasier looks like he's a black "mustard gas"(dark body, yellow fins), very pretty. Has Lucky got his makeup on yet?

Square jars from superstore, full size are for males and larger females, 1/2 size for smaller females, older males are in community tanks, one per tank, 4 PK females in 10 gallon, 2 spawns growing out and 3 species of wilds kept together. The jars are stacked with the full size on the bottom and half size on top and can be put in the dishwasher. Did I mention I have a betta problem?

Thanks for all the advice guys and will let you know if I sell. No, he's not a member of AA as far as I know. If you do want short fin albino BN, I can get them for 2 for 15 dollars locally. For long fins, try "fair deal". I have some of his and they're doing really well. Thanks again!!

How'd you guess? They are longfin albinos as well as longfin b/w spotted. I did get my own too so now I have extras. As well I have no algae.

So I brought back some fish from the us as a favour. I don't know the guy who they belong to but have been in touch a couple of times. They are BN and starting to grow. My tanks are jammed and I'm wondering how long I should wait until I sell off a few. I've had them for 2 months. Please let me know your thoughts!!! Thanks
