Ya I don't see many fry left but I did move the frog. I think he had a little feast before though

I have new Johannii fry released into one of my tanks. This tank has always been a fry tank, but sat empty for a while. My 6 year old son begged me for an aquatic frog to add to it. Now I have a female releasing and have noticed her smashing into the frog to keep him away. I normally feed the frog blood worms. I am now thinking he may eat the fry. Does anyone know? Just to be safe I have temporarily rehomed him to my grow out tank. He is hiding so I have no idea if he will get very far in there. Any help or advise is appreciated

How much do you want for your loaches? I have a 92 gal, and another 90......loaches are my thing

Yes sounds normal to me too. I used to keep Oscars and occasionally they would bite. I think more out of curosity than to be attacking. Just recently one of my Africans bit me and drew blood! Talk about being shocked :shock:

You know what? I love the look of it so much, but to be honest, I'd never buy another one of this size....really hard to get into the back corner (being that it's a corner tank) I'd totally buy a bow front tank though, just not the corner style.

Hi everyone! So happy there's a site for Albertans! I am in Calgary and have a passion for fish of all kinds. I mainly have African Cichlids at the moment. I have a 92 gal bow front corner tank, 90 gal (soon to be set up) will be a Tang tank, and a little 10 gal for fry/holding females. Been in the hobby since about 1984. I am 37, run a business with my hubby,have two young sons and have a small zoo! Looking forward to getting to know all of you
