"fairdeal" has brought in some tea cup size rays in the past.

the cold WILL make the silicone dry and make it more susceptible to cracking and and thus the possibility of bursting a seam become MUCH higher. Id recommend trimming the silicone down (but don't pierce through it) them clean and re caulk the seams.

I use them in my canister filters. I find them to be VERY similar to the aquaclear "bio-max" They retain a TON of bacteria. I do find that the filters need to be cleaned more often with these though.

I too am looking for some Levamisol. Always good to have this stuff on hand for de-worming new fish. Are there any places in Calgary where this is available?
