I have a group of Red-Blue colubian tetras in my 150 with 4 angels and 5 sevs.

I am not 100% sure what they where but I know that the shipping price has close to doubled since I did the order.

The order arrived today. Was shipped from Sioux Falls SD on monday night, and made it here by noon on thursday. They're all alive! =). I don't own any import certificate and it did make it here. Didn't pay any extra for a phyto. Not sure why they arn't using their winnipeg distribution centre. I was told by the company that they ship that way because UPS told them it would be better. So far I have found that is was a bad choise and they should go back to the old way.

What about getting vacuum bags and repacking it right away so there is little air left the package?

What part of Ontario are you from I have been very disappointed with the stores in my travels out there. I have been to store in London, Sarina, Kingston and all over the GTA.

Looks great, just a couple of questions, What is the hight from the bottom shelf to to the bottom of the top[ shelf? Are you able to put a 4' light inside the top shelf or is there a brace in side there?

But an albino mixed with a regular albino mix will have some ragular and some albino.

I have received the order and it was all dead. I have been told by the company that they will be resending all Canadian orders but that is the last that I have heard from them. I will post an update once I get some more news.

yes most filters are rated with no media in them at all so they have a better flow rate on the box.

depends on the bio-load of the tank the more fish and the more you feed the more you need to clean it.

I have seen this before and remember reading that they have to be natural stone or clay tiles with a high quality finish. I think I saw it on cichlid forum but am not 100% sure.

I talked the the guys today at aquariumplants.com today and they told me that this was the first time that they tried to ship this way and that there was a huge screw up with UPS and there would be 100% coverage on the plants and shipping. So I am happy for now. :thumbs: We will see what happens once I get the plants.

I ordered $300 in plants from aquariumplants.com I had the order shipped on Monday night. Today I checked the UPS page and it said that my plants where being held. Here is the info from UPS.com; Now on there web site it says the following So I called them to ask why they shipped my plants from the US and i was told that all plants are shipped from the States. Has any one else had this problem with them? Sorry for the long rant I just think if you say that you ship from Canada then you should ship from Canada.
