spcy
Guppies will have young every 21 to 28 days after fertilization, after which the females will continue to have offspring without the presence of a male. If you think your female is pregnant you can move her to a small tank of her own or put a tank divider in the tank you have. You will also notice the dark area near the anal fin start to turn amber in color as well as look like tiny little balls inside. Another tell tale sign is the male will swim up along side the female and it will look like the're shivering when they swim. If that happens you have about 3 weeks before you see fry, unless the other fish eat them before you see them.

spark740
My guppies are having the same problem, the 2 males have been in the tank with the 4 females for 3 months and nothing has happened! I think I need to get a different pair, maybe thats the only thing to do?
