African_Fever
Just wondering if anyone has ever tried to get seeds from flowering Anubias. Mine is flowering underwater (I know I'd have to expose the flower for any pollenation), and I'm just wondering if anyone else has ever tried to get seeds when their's flowers (I'm assuming this happens often). Dave
Mine have only ever bloomed underwater as well. I imagine it would be a challenge to propagate them that way.
Toirtis
It is possible, but as far as I am aware, the only way id to grow the plant emerged in a 100+% humidity environment.
jvision
I've tried, but the blossom always dries out on my above water. I once tried a purly emergent tank w. Anubias and Crypts... it lasted a few weeks, but then I got busy and didn't have time to take care of it - it's a bit more work than an aquarium.
