There is absolutely no way of being certain on the collection location of any alto comp, unless you personally collected them yourself. The same holds true for most of the species collected in Lake Tanganyika. IMO yours look to be what are typically sold as Gold compressiceps.

Yes I am leaning towards one of the "gold form", even some "gold head" variants look similar. I have noticed that there are quite a few of them. Some of them with single band and some double bands.

At least you now know that the parents were sold as WC specimens, and that they originated through Old World Exotic. But I wouldn't put a lot of stock into any of the various trade names assigned to alto comps.
