rahim101
Hello all, After some juggling, I have finally stocked my 90 Gallon tank. This tank will double as a show tank as well as a breeder for the mature fish. Here is the stock list: (3) Protomelas steveni "Taiwan Reef" (1 Male, 2 Females) (W/C) http://www.malawimayhem.com/profile_show.php?id=282 (4) Cyrtocara moorii (2 Males, 2 Females) http://www.malawimayhem.com/profile_show.php?id=171 (4) Copadichromis borleyi “Crocodile Rock” (1 Male, 3 Females) (NO PICTURE AVAILABLE) (3) Aulonocara stuartgranti “Neon Blue” (1 Male, 2 Females) (W/C) http://www.malawimayhem.com/profile_show.php?id=598 (6) Labidochromis sp. "Perlmutt" (2 Males, 4 Femlaes) http://www.malawimayhem.com/profile_show.php?id=245 (2) Plecos (3) Synodontis eupterus (Upside Down Cat) I already have the two female taiwan reefs holding, the Neon Blue group will be the other only group mature enogh to breed. No luck yet on those breeding. I don't have any pics yet, but will work on some. Comments are welcome. Thanks,
Vallisneria
Sounds like a nice tank. I"m not sure how the Borleyi and moorii will fair once full grown as they do get pretty big and a 90g isn't that large but i dont' think it will be too much of a problems and even then its a long time own the road. I dont' think there would be conflicts but jsut keep an eye out for them. I used to have a group of aulonocara in with my red empress, lab.perlmutts and P.electra and it somehow got very badly beaten and had to be taken out. Its been my experience that peaocks dont' really stand up for themselves to much and can easily be pushe around and picked on,especially in a tank with bigger fish or mbuna.IMPE But i think your tank would be very beautiful and would love to see somepics when its done. rahim101
It did not take me long to get the mix together. Here in Calgary we have great source of good quality fish: - local breeders and Gold Aquariums I bought have the mix from a breeder friend and the other half from Gold Aquariums.
