In my planted tank i have an angelfish, columbian tetras, harlequin rasboras and some zebra loaches. It makes for a active colorful tank.

I"ve also kept clown, rubbernose and bristlenose plecos in my planted tanks and have never had a problem with them eating/hurting the plants. I woudl definantly recommend a BN pleco in a planted tank.

Dwarf neon rainbows look great in a planted tank, same as cardinals and rasboras.

I also have angels in my planted tanks too.

My bristlenoses's in my 50g go after my swords if they don't get enough zucchini...

Dwarf neon rainbows look great in a planted tank,

This is why i chose the columbian tetras. They look just like dwarf neon rainbowfish but are cheaper. They have a blue body and red fins just like the rainbows do. A good substitute if you dont' have the money to buy a large group of rainbows
