When I get mine I was going to put the majority in the large tank(750gal)(all young cichlids of different species) and a few in some isolation tanks, also I will keep the heat up, say 80 to 82, water changes!!, and a U.V. sterilizer, also not over feed.......any other suggestions?????? canucklehead Posted September 10, 2008 Report Share Posted September 10, 2008 (edited) Sounds like a pretty good plan, I had good luck raising mine solo in a 45 gallon until it was 5-6'. Its now in a 108 and has never showed signs of bloat, eats anything and everything, leaps out of the water to eat...
