Vallisneria
My one question is, won't the terrestrials outgrow the space I have underneath my sump, and cause chaos? The good thing with Pothos is its a vine and nearly indestructible. It grows really long but you can trim it as much as needed. Then you can use the clippings for more plants. Its nearly impossible to kill pothos. I even had some submerged in my tank for almost a year and it didn't die and was actually growing. You could do a combo of Naja grass in the tank with Pothos trailing over the side. Best of both worlds.
firestorm
Ah, I get it now. Well it sounds like a great idea. With terrestrial plants like val said, just trim them and you won't need to worry about them taking over the whole set up. Also that way you won't need CO2, which is a huge savings. I never thought to put terrestrial plants in my filters, but it sure sound like a great idea
