Ekim81
Now that my 55g is all settled in, I thought I'd take some pics to show it off. All the fish I moved over from my 20g love the extra space, and the new additons are all doing great! Anyhow, on to the pics...

Ekim81
Very nice setup  What fish is that in the first pic of your second post? Is it a Cyprinodontid? Thanks! Those guys are juvi American flag fish (Jordanella floridae). They are great little algae eaters and colour up very nicely when mature. Oneiroid
That is a nice balance of plants with your hardscape, and will look even better once growin in a bit more. I'm sure your SA cichlids just love it!

They are great little algae eaters and colour up very nicely when mature. Thought so. I don't know of any other Cyprinodontid that is available for us here. They are a nice group of fish. Good luck with yours

I thought the shrimp I bought would eat it, but I guess I have to starve them to...so i'm thinkin' those American Flag fish are a great idea! Nice job on the tank! bignose
I like your rams. I had some yellow ones and I liked watching them guard their territory. They seemed to stop swimming and hover on the spot.
