rjsomers
I have set up my aquariums again after 5 years since I had young children. I have never taken care of any Gourami's before. I do understand they like murkyish water from peat etc. I am looking for any words of wisdom from the experienced aquarists out there. Water conditions, best foods etc. PS - I use live plants and driftwood in all of my aquariums. Jordanne in Calgary
fishclubgirl
I'm not a gourami expert but have had 3 spot gouramis in Calgary. Not hard to keep except my males got big and would beat up any other gouramis. I kept mine in a community tank and one lasted over 10 years. They do like it a bit warmer but other than that, nothing special. Good luck with them!! They're such pretty fish.
