gdcox76
I'm looking for some suggestions for 1 more addition to a Mbuna tank. the current occupants are Labidochromis cauruleus Maylandia callainos Pseudotropheus demasoni I would like something NOT blue, think we have enough of that. The other option is just adding more of the Labs.
Wingin' It
There are lots of choices to put in, but I think the issue is more, What is available? Fairdeal might have something for you to choose from...or Try Gold's Aquarium here in Calgary (17th Ave SE). Actually, ya, the below suggestions would be good I think. roypark05
Snow White Socolofi would be a good fit if you want to stick with mbuna. A couple Jewels would add to the tank so long as your tank is 45 gallons or more, as there needs to be sufficient room for them to be somewhat separate from the mbuna. I know Jewels have a rep with some people as aggressive cichlids, but in my experience Jewels and Mbuna are on the same level of aggression, and they stay similar in size. I find they don't really fight each other, just the odd staredown (like is my picture). Edited September 5, 2009 by roypark05
