When you get a PM go to the top right hand corner above the message & you should see a small box that says reply. Click on it & you should be able to reply. It should look similar to the threads in the forum, with a "delete", "add reply" or "compose new message" buttons on the top or bottom right hand side or the message. It should be 3rd down, after "my profile" and "my settings". If you don't have any of that then you'll have to wait for tanker to figure this one out.
