AnthemOfDeath
Are they any good at all? I'm on a tight budget at the moment and I'm looking for a fairly cheap but powerful heater. And I'm considering them. I'm quite dissapointed because I bought a tetra 200W heater from wal-mart. Because it seemed cheapest too me but its barely effective. It blew out on me, the tempature doesn't increase it stays at almost below 70 and thats dangerous for my fish. I have a lower watt submerisble tetra heater on my 10 gallon and it works perfectly. I'm upset the higher models don't bring great quality for me.. Any suggestions? I need a new heater soon..
timbruun
How big of a tank is it for? And maybe you just got one that didn't work properly...

bryancatfish
you can always try elite heaters. they arent the best and will crap out on you eventually but they are cheap and will get you through a squeeze until you can afford something better.
