Jayba
I hope you mean, treated Edmonton water? Chlorine bad. No chlorine good. Edmonton uses chloramine, so treat your water for chlorimine with Prime, Safe or another quality water conditioner. Most swear by Prime here. Drip them in slowly to compensate for the water they are in right now. So they get used to the PH and the hardness slowly. Then your golden. Hope this helps. jvision
A lot of Central American waters aren't much different than our tap water - maybe a little less basic and maybe a bit softer. Drip is the safest way to acclimate.
