I'm no expert but to me that doens't look like a polit... could it me a Colbalt Zebra(Metriaclima callainos)?

Sorry don't know much about haps and peacocks yet... but i'm learning! If you can post another pic as well it may help... quite blurry!

~Edit~

I wanted to add could that last pic be a white tail acie?

again i could be wrong... but a better pic would help!

if you get a pic of you polit... i'd like to see him!

is this an all male tank? or what you are going for?

That is a male polit, that's how they look when they're not dominant and showing the stunning dark face/light body.

I also doubt the other unidentified is a male red zebra (at least not pure). Looks like it could be a Met. hajomaylandi or Met. 'aurora type'.

Agree with Nev on the last ID as well, looks like a white-tail acei.

Hey, riverfront calls the fish you guys call an esthare a pseudotropheus flametail mozambique

Mozambique seems to be a part of the lake but i'm not getting any flametail mbuna's, wayne did say it was a pseudotropheus though

any other thoughts?

The other one is indeed a whitetailed acie, I bought him somemore females, so he's doing great thanks for the help
