Eugene Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 After spending half an hr tryin to recover my password I got it but now I cant reset it becuase when I fillout form it tells me my e-mail(new is already in use if i leave it blank it tell me to complete form.I cant remember a 13digit password please help me I dont want my computer to remember it either. 38dodge Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 Having the same problem I have been assigned a new/temp password but cant seem to find "anywhere" to change it to a more "friendly" password.......13 digits is far to many for this old brain to remember..... Vallisneria Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 When in your "my settings" page, on the left side it should say "profile settings", "email & password", "signature" etc. Are you on the right page? 38dodge Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 Vallisneria, found it. I moved to a different computer, I could see "something" (little boxes on left) but no writing. There is nothing underneath the "whats on your mind" box? There should be things like "my profile", "my settings", "my content" etc. If there is no links under there you might need to contact Tanker as I have no idea why those wouldn't be showing up for you.
