Wildebeeste
Greetings! Just wondering what would be the best food to give to very small Calvus fry? Never had anything spawn before, so this is all new to me!
CatWhat
I haven't bred Calvus before but I found the Brichardi fry were able to eat baby brine shrimp at around 5 or 6 days. Microworms are a good option as well but hard to come by.
Znaika
Wardley Small Fry for the smallest ones or Nutrafin Staple Food for Fry for larger ones should work. http://albertaaquatica.com/index.php?showtopic=38976&&page=
jvision
Calvus fry are pretty small. You'll likely need microworms and/or vinegar eels. I would mix up a bunch of both with some finely ground NLS Grow and some tank water and pipet a small amount to the fry a few times per day when I had them.
