corrosionjerry
I am starting up a planted tank... been a year or so since I tore down my last planted tank... I just can not remember how many blubles per second or whatever the rule of thumb is that I should be injecting with a powerhead into a 20 gallon long tank. Thanks in advance
laurensdad
1 to 3 is rough. Till you fish roll over and gasp. With edmonton tap water a ph of.7.2 is close to 30ppm if i remember right
geleen
likely 1 drop per second Measure ph then increase the amount of Co2 till the PH = 6.8-7...........works for me. If you measure PH once every 2 hours you should be good to go John
Frogfish
I use the drop checker as a gauge for controlling CO₂ injection volume, dial up slowly by a simdgen a day til it turns green or get lazy and hook up the solenoid to a pH probe. Heck it's not being lazy, work smarter not harder.
