rwg814
Would harlequin rasboras do well with shrimps?
SuperGuppyGirl
What type of shrimp were you thinking? Any of the dwarf shrimps ie Cherrys I'm going to say no. Any of the big guys ie Amano I'd say should work.
ckmullin
I've never kept shrimp and fish together. Even the smallest fish can peck at the legs and antenna of shrimp enough so to kill.
Wingin' It
IME, shrimp lose their color faster when there is a potential predator around...if you think about it...why would they want to keep their color when they are extremely visible to the fish that want to eat them? rayfong
This is what I currently keep with some of my shrimps: bristlenose plecos in with cherry type - both breed readily panda loaches, stiphodon gobies, cobra endlers - the endlers are breeding and so are the shrimp I have some wild type mollies with some red claw macrobrachium shrimp, so far the shrimp are breeding, the mollies not so much (maybe time to move the mollies)
