Tank is 29g Loaded with plants, Tank mates 5 small one inch corydoras,1 brislenose pleco I like the dwarf gourami the best.( Flame) Does anyone have success in keeping multples of these guys???? HOSStile Posted September 22, 2005 Report Share Posted September 22, 2005 In a 55 I have had 5 dwarfs (red flame) and 4 blues (5 inch) and one gold (5 inch) with a few other fish including a couple of albino corys and some clown loaches. Occasionaly they will chase each other according to pecking order, I am down to one dwarf with the big guys, and he has been in there for 6months. The big guys were together for 6 months in a 20 gal. Toirtis Posted September 22, 2005 Report Share Posted September 22, 2005 I would go slowly....and stay away from the blue, opaline and gold gouramis...at 6"-7" in length, they are going to get very crowded in a 29, and might get a bit nippy.
