madagascariensis
Reminds me of a small freshwater wolf fish. Here's a link with a picture of a baby hoplias for comparison http://www.aquascapeonline.com/products/wolf-fish-4-hoplias-malabaricus.html Edited March 30, 2014 by madagascariensis

humpty
I thought these fish were fairly expensive. Do you mind if I ask how you came into possession of it without knowing what it is?
Claudiohv
It was in one bag, a shipment from Peru. (a bag with pgymy cory) Edited April 1, 2014 by Claudiohv
cjerrom
Hoplias are quite common in Colombia as I have seen many oddities in these Cory bags as many juvenile fish travel within these large schools like nurseries. Only to find that they are helping raise their predators!
