Tracyp Posted January 29, 2015 Report Share Posted January 29, 2015 I have a friend who is looking into doing an aquaponics set-up with a 50 gallon. She knows a lot about plants but not much about fish so I thought I'd drop a line on here and see if anyone had any resources I could point her towards to get started. She started out with one of those little starter aquaponics set-ups with a betta, no filter and without cycling so I explained the nitrogen cycle and how it's kinda an important with aquaponics and figured that would have something to do with the poor cloudy water issue (not to mention from what I've heard they're crappy) But that's as far as I could help her so if anyone has any suggestions or good sites/books I would greatly appreciate it!
