Eugene Posted July 19, 2015 Report Share Posted July 19, 2015 I have Boyds Vita-chem .I use it on half a jar of NLS pelletts and roll around to dry out .Some say the vitamins are in- effective once they dry out?Is that true they also say to put drops in tank .Its not really prctical to drop on every pellet going in 9 tanks.Do these also help plant growth? jvision Posted July 20, 2015 Report Share Posted July 20, 2015 I'm not sure about how effective the vits are when dry, but they won't do much to help plant growth; however, plants do absorb a lot from the water, and some of the vits may be sequestered in the plant's biomass... do you have any fish that love to eat plants?
