FunkSolid
I have a male and female S.P. in my 120 and they are totally scared of me. I have had them for about a month, they are fully grown, and spawned 1-2 weeks ago. I now have little S.P. wigglers all over my substrate. They seem to be happy, and my water chemistry is beautiful. BUT when I approach the tank, they run and hide. If im working on my computer and not making eye contact they slowly start to come out and swim a bit, then the second I turn my head and make eye contact, they run for the hiding spots. Is this normal? How do I make myself more friendly? I am actually a nice guy and love them so much, and need to communicate this to my S.P's Thanks
jvision
S. petricola are schoolers and prefer lots of company of their own kind. Give the fry some good care and you'll have that taken care of in no time!
