SimplyFishKeeping
20% on my saltwater tank once a week. 20% on my normal nothing fancy tanks once a week. 75% WC on my Discus and Ram tank twice a week. My heavily planted tanks will depends on if I'm using ferts or not and how heavily stocked they are. Vary from once a week 50% changes to once a month for 20%. Really it depends entirely on you. You can change as much as you want as long as you do it consistently.
RDFISHGUY
My discus get 30% every second day, filters cleaned every month, pre-filters get rinsed every second water change. My arowanas are on a drip and get 100 gallons every day and change filter floss as required-usually weekly. I also backwash the ultima II every 15 days. AccidentalAquarist
I'm at both ends of the spectrum. I do weekly top ups, and then an annual 25% WC for display tanks, mainly to keep armpits dry while adding/removing plants But my breeding and grow out tanks can be 25-100% a week depending.
