Mighty Prawn
Any preference on shape? Standard, or? I'd really love a cube tank one day for something. -Hideo

Wibber
Curious as a hobby breeder where you convert fry into cash? My understanding is that stores are reluctant to deal with hobbyists. Auctions are infrequent and limited in the amount you can sell. Shipping in Canada is limited by weather and cost - so the aquabid-ish route is out. Mighty Prawn
Stores like Petsmart etc. might be hesitant to deal with customers due to franchise legality, but I think independant places such as Pisces are more interested in hobby-bred. That's just a guess though, as thus far I have seen many tanks at Pisces with hobbiest bred fish/inverts in them. -Hideo
Toirtis
Pisces, Riverfront, Golds, Tanks, even Petland are usually happy to buy from local breeders. Plus, there are four major auctions in Alberta each year, and mini-auctions at the society meetings (10 per year in each city)...and of course, the classified sections here! Mighty Prawn
I'd just have to hope there's someone to buy one, and have an adequate tank and such to do the housing. Plus, that's a pretty huge investment for someone unexperienced with breeding. And also, I don't like rays, they're boring! -Hideo
