edmontonrx7
how do i get rid of it. normally in a freshwater tank all i did was put a bubbler in there. will a protine skimmer help the problem? any ideas?
muck
How long has the tank been setup? Do you have any pics of the stuff? Site unseen my guess would be diatoms. There is a few things you can do. 1. Increase your flow. (aiming powerheads at the problem areas will also help) 2. Add a good protein skimmer. 3. Cut back on your feeding. 4. If its a new tank it should go away over time. (part of the cycle) If you can get us more info (including water params) that would be helpful as well..
