thefishdude
Yeah... Ive been chcking them out for a while now. I really like their prices and the fact that they don't charge an arm and a leg for shipping. Haven't made the jump yet though. Was planning on purchasing a few things to test them out before I made a large order. Anybody out there have experience??????
rahim101
Spinalcore: Gold Aquariums sell the same heaters for $35.00....If I am not mistaken. No tax if you pay cash and certainly no shipping. I highly recommend you give them a call before ordering. I just picked up an Aqua Clear 500 filter from them for $54.99 no tax. Call them first before you order (403) 273-5567
Spinalcore
We are mainly looking at going through them for the Pond Liner, underlay, and Misc equipment for the pond next spring. Pondliner $0.69 per Square foot.Underlay $0.22 per Square foot. I normally just try to find anything that I am looking for here in the city. The pond stuff just works out to be cheaper than trying to find good prices on the sizes that we are looking for. The pond is more than likely going to be 9'x6'x4'deep if not larger. My mom wants to do it up so that it is deep enough to leave her goldfish in it over the winter like in Asia.
rahim101
Walmart also carries pond stuff. I am not sure if this is seasonal though. Never hurts to check!!!
Hemi
Hey all Just saw this thread . I live 20 mins outside of Orillia if they have a retail store I'll check em out and let everyone know what they are like. Later Hemi Hey all I just figured out who this is I have dealt with his store on a number of occasions. I don't deal with him that much anymore cause he doesn't deal in New World Cichlids. As far as the service for the online stuff he is a smart businessman and I would expect that service would be good Hemi
wtac
I've seen Gold's Online there in AB. Try JLAquatics, they're in BC. JLAquatics I've ordered lots of stuff from them and have never had a problem. Since it's out of province, you save on the PST . HTH, Wilson PS: Hemi, I'm in TO. Nice to see an ON poster. I go to Orillia every now and then to visit some relatives up there.
