Must be an american cichlid, its big, fat and kinda ugly. :boxer: :tongue: :smokey:

I plan on two larger groups of yellow/orange and blue mbunas and some petricloas. One from each group group a p. msobo yellow lab T. macrophthalamus group b p. acei m. cyaneorhabdos p. socolofi group c s. petricola anyone got any ideas on numbers?

I took a picture of my 90g tank, that Iam in the process of cycleing. Its nothing special (the tank and my photography skills), but I think its a good start. Its going to be a mbuna tank.

All I know is that the cannon cameras are rated very highly.

I was just wondering if anyone knows were to get some pure ammonia for a fishless cycle, any info would be great. Thanks :smokey:

I notice that their eyes seem blacker than most yellow labs.

Iam also for not getting #$%@ed over. Why is it that lfs charge a hell of alot more than in the States, after the exchange rates lfs still charge twice and more in some cases.

Also form what I hear it dosn't say when it was made (on the bottle), so you can't tell is its expired or not.

I wouldn't add any peacock with Metriaclima estherae, both their diet and level of aggression is differnet.

Haps and peacocks are so closely related, its best to let every male have a couple females (if you go add some females only one species of peacock) or go with all males. The males dont go up to other females of a differnt species and ask are you my species, they just get it on. :hey: :hey:

Most malawi cichlids do better with a ratio 1m to 2-4 females. Cop. azureus are quite peaceful as far as cichlids go. You may have a hybrid problem since the peacock has no mate and the azureus wouln't put up much of a fight. Also male azureus can reach 7" which is quite large for your tank. I think you should go with 2male and 5 female azureus and 8 yellow labs and maybe a few synos for the bottom. You'ed have quite a nice mix of yellow and blue.
