Help Seeding Filters - Red Deer Area Only

Hi Gang,

I was wondering if anyone in the Red Deer area might have a healthy, well-stocked tank that I could run an AC110 on for a couple of weeks. My growout tank is full and I cannot afford the time to cycle my new 90-gallon the "old-fashioned" way.

You know.......I supply the filter and media, you supply the bacteria. :smokey:

If you can help me out, please respond via PM. One day I would certainly be willing to return the favor.

Why not just use half the media from the filter in your grow out tank on the new 90? Or even set up the new 90, add your chlorine/chloramine remover, and then squeeze out the sponges from your established fitlers into the new tank water. By morning the AC should have the tank clear as it was and you've got the good stuff in the filter.
