Murminator
Ok after about 10 tries I got one of my female sunshines to spit her babies and wow is there a lot I never expected them to be that big. I have them in a well cycled 20G with lots of crud on the spong filter and a bunch of swollen up NLS on the bottom lefteover from a previous fish. I did remove mom cause one other time I left her in she ate them the next day. I do have frozen BBS I will be feeding anything else I should do? Vallisneria
I would remove that left over food. Its just going to pollute the water. Do some water changes a couple times a week, feed them a few times a day and you'll babies will grow nice and fast.

I use ground up NLS, but either of these is fine. I would also remove the left over food in that tank. Allan
jvision
I find that most mouthbrooder fry can accept NLS Grow right off the get-go. The H2O Wafers are also good for fry b/c they' stay stable in the tank for a couple days w/o breaking down. Keep 'er clean and watch 'em grow!
