Half the plants that arrived were labeled, half were not. Of everything 10 plants were missing, value around $20. I e-mailed them again today.. but they are ignoring me. As for shipping, forget the styrofoam box. And expect it to cost around $100. Divide that by a few people and it isn't so much, but if you can get the same species locally, it might just be worth going to the LFS.
