hybrid
Just as a note for price wise Big Al's will match any price in town plus beat it by an extra 5%!!! Any price? Even Gold's? That would be some trick... hahahaha, I agree,, they wont be beating golds prices......

That would be some trick... hahahaha, I agree,, they wont be beating golds prices...... On Tuesday I went to Golds and Big Al's. Golds = Red top Hongi, 4 for $20.00 Big Al's = Red top Hongi, 1 for $19.99 Needless to say, I thought this was pretty funny. Sure Big Al's is all new and fancy, but the prices are WAY to steep. firestorm
Haha, one cent difference for 4 of them. :boxed: $19.99 for one fish, ridiculous. Yeah the price match is most likely on advertisements. They know they won't be able to beat the smaller independently owned stores prices.....though they might be lower now, but I would not trust them to stay that way. They want to impress people at first so they keep coming back. They are more or less in competition with larger chain stores I bet. And I bet Petcetera by me goes out of business because of this. snaggle
And I bet Petcetera by me goes out of business because of this. I don't think that a Big Al's will ever drive a full service pet chain out of town.

punman
Just got a Big Als ad in the mail with coupons for 20-25% off. Anyone buy anything? I have not visited the store yet.
