In a 33 gallon tank, since I only want to have 6 or so cichlids, can I just skip pairing them up, and have 6 different types? jvision Posted August 2, 2008 Report Share Posted August 2, 2008 It looks like a kenya cichlid, but it may also be an hybrid. Most African cichlids will get to at least the 4-5" range, so a 33 is only a temporary home for any of them.
