Are you talking about the colored suitcases on the left side of the screen when looking at new posts? If you scroll down on the posts page, you will see a legend of the suitcases. Each one represents the topic, and if it has, new replies (blue suitcase) Hot topic (red suitcase)... I am unsure of any other suitcases... Anyhoo, If you are reffering to them having the bottom right corner a different color(suitcase blue, corner white), that means that you have posted in that thread.
