Attached are a few pic's of my flower rays. I managed get a new pair recently, and they're starting to settle in nicely; even eating chopped shrimp already!

The new pair.

Tiny; not even starting to develop by any means. It really puts how large flowers need to be to breed in perspective when my motoro's bred at a smaller disc size than these guys are now; though flowers are a 'leaner' ray than motoro's. I wouldn't be surprised if a 12" motoro could weigh twice what a 12" flower would.

They're very similar to my tigers then. My males are proably 17" now and the claspers are growing, but slow and steady unlike motoros, pearls, ect which seemed to grow from nothing to fully rolled in a month. I'm not sure about your flowers being half the weight of your motoros they look in amazing shape. ;)
