HarleyBeautiful
Does anyone have expierence keeping large feather dusters? I have lost 2 now, one in each tank, and I am wondering if there is something that I am missing.......
albert_dao
Sometimes crabs eat them. Another possibility is that your system is so completely devoid of floating particles that they are simply starving to death?
HarleyBeautiful
it is the only invert that I have trouble with and they are so common. I know nothing else in my tanks starve, but who knows............. tricky buggers!
albert_dao
Wierd, I have never had problems with them. Do you even get the little white feather dusters going in your tank?
ÐÉÅÑ
I read that they need water devoid of any traces of copper.

SaltWater_Freak
I have kept 2 large Hawiians and added nothing to the tank but i fed mysis shrimp cubes. I just let the cubes float and my clowns attacked them then as the smaller particles floated down my Feathures would lead up their feathures and retract fro a few minutes them be out again. You could try that phyto stuff in a bottle. might work.
