strayner
So here I am, looking at my water test sheet and it's the 11th day of high nitrites with no sign of going down. Got some Nitrates but nothing in comparison. In total it's been 17 days. YAWN

Ichthyosporidium
In nature, a new body of water will naturally take about 7 years to become habitable for fish.....There, now do you feel better? :hey:

Depending on how cycled the rock is. It could take hundreds of years.
strayner
Haha. That was more of a hypothetical joke :P. My nitrite kit doesn't immediately max out in ppm when i put the drops in the test tube anymore! That means it's going down! And I am getting a nitrate spike! Almost done probably
