My name is Kevin Pederson and I am the Key Account Manager for Rolf C. Hagen Inc. I have been in the aquatic hobby for 30 years, worked in the retail pet (aquatic) industry for 10 years, and with Hagen for the past 10 years. First and foremost, I did not join Alberta Aquatica to say or post negative comments about other companies or products. I want to stress this point. I enjoy the aquatic hobby and visit this forum regularly to view various topics. I have noticed a few people posting topics about Hagen aquatic products with respect to parts needed, troubleshooting tips, improper filter operation, etc. I believe with my experience, I can provide some assistance with these matters. Please feel free to contact me with any issue you may have and I will do my best to help you. Please do not ask me to get you parts, filters, lighting, or any other product we sell as Hagen does not deal direct with consumers. I will be more than happy to direct you to a dealer in your area.
