dave3265 Posted August 12, 2011 Report Share Posted August 12, 2011 Hi all you aquaria hobbyists out there. I found out about this forum from a fellow that I purchased a tank stand off of. Seems as if it is very friendly and informative. I had tropical fish as a kid. Angels, Tetras, Gouramis that kind of thing. But I have been way out of the hobby for a really long time. Found out my son was allergic to dog saliva. Decided to get back into the whole fish thing. About 2 months ago, I started up a 35 gallon tank. Then a 90 gallon. And two weeks ago another 90 gallon. Have a variety of cichlids going. These 2 yellows have already bred. I have much to learn, and I look forward to reading some of the exploits of you more experienced people. African cichild tanks are an amazing thing to watch. So colorful and active! Also check out the Calgary Aquarium Society secion (under sponsors) to keep up with your hobby community locallly.
