I was hoping someone could give me some advice... I suspected but never confirmed she was carrying babies....sure enough , i found a pile of babies hiding out:). Normally i let nature take its course snd the ones that survive survive.  These appear to be the most beautiful babies ive had and would like to aid ss many to adulthood as possible.  Should i try to remove them? Separate them in same tank? Or leave them be?  I have an existing 10 gallon that the temp would just have to be raised a bit for them.  Im scared of hurting them moving them so..... I would appreciate any advice. Thank you

Use a siphon tube to suck them up, if you want to remove them - they'll have the best chance at survival if you do.
